At Arrows, we believe that a school is only as good as its teachers and management staff, because the students face us every day. And it is our duty to help shape their lives to prepare them for personal success and to become a person who contributes positively to society.

Therefore, our teachers not only aim to impart knowledge, but also to love and care for the student’s wellbeing.

In addition, we aim to instill not only academic excellence, but also good moral values in all our students. We feel this is important in an age where young people face so many social ills and are influenced by declining values, especially through social media, video games and the internet.

Our policy is to work closely with parents on issues facing their children, and we provide counselling sessions for both students and parents in mutual partnership. We believe parents are the primary care givers and role models in their children’s lives, and we teachers play a support role to assist them in raising and educating their kids.
